FoF got nerfed, 25s duration, increase physical dmg by 25%, down from 30s and 30%.

That's awesome, nice catch. Really helps remedy gauge generation on single bosses.

Makes sense that they'd try not to leave "tank mode" gauge generation up to RNG so much, especially since Bulwark has kept its long cooldown. Also I don't think they made it so you can block during cast times so that also makes sense.

Looks like Cover works on physical and magical damage now too, since it says "take all damage intended for another party member."

They also added "Does not activate with certain attacks" to it. I wonder what that will include.

Chances are, it's the same attacks as Hallowed Ground, Holmgang, and Living Dead.

why on earth did they nerf rampart wtc

I don't think Rampart is nerfed. There are two tooltips in the mined data. One is ID 10 which is presumably the old Rampart that is no longer in the game and is 10% (untraited). The other is ID 7531 that is presumably the new Rampart and is 20%.
