Pre-order paid but have not received code

Immediately after purchase I receieved and have applied the code for the Early Access. I have not however received a serial code for the game proper.

As I understand this I will be able to play Stormblood during the Early period but not anymore following that.

the proper serial code should be sent on 20th on the release.
early access is available till 24th(?)

okay so i might be stupid but i pre ordered the game at gamestop got my early access code, and went through the process of setting up my early access code on the website. how do i download stormblood and actually play during early access im so confused.

start your launcher -> log in -> download should start...

Yep as long as you applied the code, it will download automatically. You can do that today actually, as the update is live.
