Hello, I just purchased FFXIV from PSN and Also the Storm Blood Expansion pack. When I ordered the starter pack it was the base game. When I ordered StormBlood I thought that HeavenSword was included however when I went to register it today it showed that I didn't have HeavenSword. How do I get HeavenSword? It isn't showing up on PSN Network...
The official PSN page for Stormblood digital download does specifically state that it includes Heavensward. The only thing I can think of is that it is currently being gated behind the fact that the root software it is attached to (Stormblood) hasn't gone live yet?
Once SB goes active, I'm assuming you should be able to register the Heavensward product at that time. I pre-ordered SB through PSN digital download and my mogstation isn't showing that I have access to SB early access. Assuming it will show up the moment I update and download SB, then log in for the first time.

Heavensward does come with stormblood, if you got the preordered with early access you can play hw starting tomorrow. Otherwise you need to wait till the 20th. Also you will need to update the launcher and go to log in to have the codes sent and start the download
Thanks guys. I remember when FFXIV first came out and it bombed. since then I didn't play it and now that my son is 10, I decided maybe he might like it and got both of us accounts to play at the same time. I am hoping that this is something that he and I can do together for fun.
Yes, you should have access to Heavensward tomorrow morning when the servers go online. I suspect the listing on the account page will probably not separately reflect this until the 20th for reasons involving pre-orders and grace periods. Welcome back. =)
