Trying to update to Stormblood and launcher says Heavensward is not installed...

but Heavensward IS installed and when I try to install anyway I get a version inconsistent launch error... Anyone else getting this? Any suggestions?

I am also getting this. Restarted computer,router tried with out the HW update still getting this. Hopefully this is a easy fix.

Same problem here , wanted to download before travelling , RIP me ... Maybe if i get good internet on the road i will be able to play it =(

I've been seeing this all day. Is there a fix for this? I'd rather not waste all my early access time because the game won't update.

This didn't work for me. I ended up using this solution, which worked fine:

Despite being an old post, the download linked in it worked just fine.
