About the new area housing

I don't know if this question was addressed at all.

We know that the new housing area will be unlocked as some part of the plot, part of the MSQ.

My question is, if you create an FC house in this new area can members who haven't reached stormblood (or finished said MSQ) still teleport to the FC house? Will newer players not be able to visit their own FC house? How will that work?

IIRC they can teleport to the house in Shirogane but they can't exit to surrounding areas.

This is correct.

What Stormfur said.
But remember that you can't buy a house ASAP as you unlock the new housing zone for atleast a few weeks.
You can still go into the area and explore but not buy any plots.
That's because SE wants everyone to have a fair chance to play through the story in peace and not have to rush it just to secure a home.

The housing area looked better t han i expected. Not as weeb as i thought! LET THE HATE COME TO ME

New housing will just be open, but you can't buy till 4.15 that a long time away from now.
