From what I have seen of the site no you can't buy those online unless you live in the area of the store, that not a amazon type thing where you can order from anywhere and they will ship to you.

Well, the one it showed me was Maryland, and I don't live there so it might be worth a try. Otherwise, there are plenty of in-game items which give you XP - plus having the FC primed battle tier 3 battle wheel and 100% XP boost for jobs under 60 is going to be GREAT.

Do they do international shipping? 'cause Europe isn't getting this promo :V

You could also just buy boiled eggs from a vendor for 5 gil for a 3% xp buff that last the same amount of time.
