Anyone any idea when we can start downloading on PC?

I have really shit internet 300kb speed 3/Mb on a good day. Which isn't getting fixed until September. I would like to play on the 16th.. but im not sure I'll be able to

I wouldn't expect it before 2pm pst, maybe closer to 8pm pst. The patch isn't scheduled to end until 2am pst, other than that its all speculation.

way too short timeline, i mean we life in a time where it really should no problem to ensure a long pre download why does SE always makes things so damn complicated

At least Early Access doesn't end on the 20th for those of us waiting for mailed physical copies.

Everyone gets the patch at the same time regardless of whether they preordered or not. The new content will just remain locked to you if you did not preorder SB.
As for timing, no one knows when the download will start, just monitor the forums. Usually folks will post something right away as soon as the download becomes available.
