Phial of Fantasia

I am active user & was looking to change my appearance before stormblood, So I purchased a Phial of Fantasia last night around 8:45pm June 12th 2017 and have yet to receive it in the mail... I have a receipt for it & as well proof of payment on the mog station... this is actually kind of annoying.

I just tried again to see if it was a bug, so I purchased another phial around 4:30pm June 13th 2017 and have yet to receive this one as well.. I am actually kind of frustrated with what is going on and I wish to speak to a representative about this situation or matter.

I never once had an issue with the Mog Station, and I want this resolved as soon as possible.

Is the "opened" section of your mailbox full? It usually takes no longer than 5 minutes for the fantasia to arrive after purchase.

If so, delete everything in the "opened" section, then request for it to be re-sent via the button in the top corner. (re-sending the fantasia can take between 30 minutes to an hour, but you'll get it)

Do you have other characters? Is it possible you picked the wrong character when got the option to send the Phial?

If the answer is, no, to both my answers, then I think something went wrong on their side and you should contact them asap.

change is very fun, and just did what the first post said~ i'll give it an hour or so just to see what happens..

though I only have one character on my account as well.. i'll let everyone know if it comes in or not.. I do thank you all for the support.

I've had mail takes up to 30 minutes before, but never longer than that. D: Fingers crossed for you!

it the feeling things been the way for too long thing. Even if constant Fantasia addicts drink it almost monthly.

These days I feel like that as well and ask myself if I should use a Phial of Fantasia on my character to turn into a female Highlander because I have been stuck with this character since 2.0 and the only thing I ever change was his hairstyle back in 2.X.

Not to mention Female characters get the most well designed Vaniety outfits than Male characters because beeeeewbs sell more. :p

But on topic: just wait a bit for it to pop.
