Pre order issue.

Hello,

My girlfriend pre ordered ff14 (digital pc version) from the square enix online store roughly 3 weeks ago. It was stated that the card used in the transaction will not be charged until later during early access or release. She has already entered her early access codes into the mogstation (which I am guessing includes the stormblood license?).

She received an email today stating that the card she used for the transaction was invalid, despite there being funds on the card. I believe she then tried to use another card for the transaction which was also considered invalid (there are enough funds on this card as well). I think somewhere it was mentioned that you have until tomorrow for the pre oder early access bonus?

I am unsure what to do at this point. We are afraid that she will become ineligible for early access. Does anyone know what happens in this situation? If we get it resolved can you still like.. re purchase stormblood during the early access period and play?

She is at work right now and has sent in a ticket, but is limited on what she can do hence why I am posting.

There is a issue with the PS store, check the other post about Stormblood pre orders being canceled to see what is going on.

could be anti fraud alerts by the bank/cred company. contact them to verify if there is an issue processing those charges

Thank you for the responses. I mentioned the fraud alerts/bank thing to her. She ended up going through paypal and it worked.
