Phial of Fantasia was sent to the incorrect character

Not sure where I am suppose to post this, customer service wasn't very clear. But I had purchased a Fantasia for my character (it is the only character that I have ever purchased items for on mogstation since first playing the game) and it was sent to the wrong character on a different server. The receiving character was suppose to be Soba Da'destroya on the Hyperion server which I did select in the options, but the item was sent to Sombra Guerrero on the Diabolos server. Like stated above I have never purchased anything off the mogstation for any other characters ever other than my main Soba Da'destroya. Customer service told me there is nothing that can be done and I lost 10 dollars, but to submit a bug request and it would be investigated and refunded? I don't want a refund, I just want the item delivered to the right character. thank you for your time.
