lodgestone profile not update at all in years!

My character is transferred from Zalera to tonberry since 2016 and the profile in the lodgestone has not updated at all. it still shows my out-date character in Zalera.

My character in Zelera does not even exist now.

Now my character in Tonberry is Mistiq, but of you look up of a my character in tonberry, you wont find it. if you look in to zalera you will see lalafele character of which not exist in that server anymore.

It's been years since my transfer, I have sent mail to you a few time over years and no reply back. If this problem is too small for you to fix , just let me know fair and square, be honest to me please, not just give me silent.

I have the exact problem with my lodestone character too. Transferred from Famfrit to Tonberry before Stormblood, still stuck with Famfrit character profile on Lodestone now.

If I remember right, maybe it's showing your new character info on the new server as a separate character, as opposed to just updating the old character.

Mine shows my main class as Arcanist which I haven't played in years... The updating is definitely borked.

Odd, I originally played on Ridill but transferred to Balmung at the end of 2014 (back when Balmung was still 'open' after a fashion), and it updated my character info fine. Maybe this bug only affects those that change their character info in any way (such as a name change, or appearance/gender/race with a Fantasia)?
