Just wait for the release of the new residential areas and try to snap one there or in the aftermath in the old residential areas.
With the moving feature it would be a bad idea to sell a house right now and maybe don't get a new one. -

My FC Inferno Hearts are going to be moving into a new house in the new district our current house is a medium house in the lavender beds plot 60 ward 4 come check it out and see what your fc thinks and if you like it I'm sure me and the other leaders could find a way to move and have you guys get it first :)
