Caster Looking for Static/FC for Stormblood and Beyond

I'm looking for a static and FC. I will be wanting to main RDM but will have other casters as back up in case RDM is broken. Ideally, I would want to raid around 4-5 times a week and start raid time at least by 9:00PM EST and go no later then 1:00 AM EST. I'm perfectly fine with raid starting earlier and or ending earlier.
