RDM Limit Break as shown in TV Commercial

Hey team! Not sure if this has been shown before but I just came across a video from the FFXIV youtube page where they showed an advert containing what looks to be the RDM limit break!
Very flashy and do those two symbols loosely represent the WHM and BLM class icons?

Have they said they are ramping up Titan or any past fights to make it difficult? Why would a team that has a SAM and RDM (both of which start at lvl 60 ya?) have any issues with that fight? Poor advertising choice SE.
