Looking for a group of ADULT newbies

I'm new to the game; as in I just started 2 weeks ago new. I'm not looking for a free company as I'm already in one and happy where I am. It's just that I can't relate to anything they talk about on discord as most of them are doing end-game stuff.

I'm looking for people who are on the same boat as I am. Let's create our own discord server, go through content together, and just build that team relationship I hope will carry through for years to come.

I'm in the PST time zone, live in California, work nights and have a 1 year old. I play 2 hours on the weekdays and binge play on the weekends between 6-8 hrs.
