PSN Early Stormblood still not here HELP! GMs! Please answer! (Reported)

I've already bought it Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood (Collector's Edition) I had a lot times checked on mogstation.... still NO SHOW UP ON (EARLY STORMBLOOD)!? Help GMs

Please /tell me what's going on!?

Just an FYI, folks who ordered through PSN store. It seems they are having issues. A lot of people saying it looks like their pre orders have been cancelled. I logged on and its asking me to pay for the expac again. Sony support assured me they still see the pre order purchase on their end. If you are having an issue please reach out to Sony support. The only way to get this resolved is to make a lot of noise.

See new thread ALOT of us have the issue its i had sony escalate the issue today so its being looked into. apparently the license isnt being added to our accounts after purchasing the game

UPDATE! Sony called back said everyone should be good to go apparently its a glitch due to Early Access which is why it wont show on our end. However they said it will download as normal and be available for Early access on the 16th. as well as all other pre-order stuff such as themes and such will be available tonight

Yup, if I try to apply the theme it takes me to the actual Stormblood countdown which it's saying midnight tonight.
