Maybe no Hall of the Intermediate, but what about an Intermediate Network?

Okay so while I was in Weeping City, I was watching my NN chat, and they were saying nice things to one another. One of the Returners commented that they wish they "wouldn't outgrow this channel" and that got me thinking; so many other Sprouts and Returners have shared that sentiment, and though people have tried to make a LSs dedicated to maintaining contact, it ultimately doesn't work well, since we only have 8 LS spaces. Now I know several people have asked for a Hall of the Intermediate to help with rotations, and the Devs have given reasons as to why there is not one, yet. But what about an Intermediate network for people to just talk and enjoy one another's company. Maybe a world wide chat channel? Does that sound like a good idea?

World Wide Chat Channel + RMT = Many angry people.

In all honesty, world wide chat can lead to a lot of unwanted things: players spoiling the story for others just to be a$$hats, public humiliation/bullying unwanted, spam for many people, etc. Probably not the best of ideas.

Ive seen goldsellers act human long enough to be invited into the NN before they bombard it with spam. Another world wide channel would only worsen this.

I see no issue with world wide chat players could opt in and out the way mentors can with the novice network. The novice network concept could remain with mentors running the chat.
