Server Transfer Updates?

Three weeks ago we were given some information regarding server transfers from congested worlds:

Has there been any indication of when the more involved aspects of this program will begin (specifically, the designation of woulds that we can xfer to for free, or the means to refund housing costs during a move)?

Having played the launch of ARR and HW on Gilgamesh it's not an experience I'm looking to repeat, but I also don't want to shoot myself in the foot by acting without having all the details.

With a week left, has anything else been announced?

I'd like to know as well, been planning on a transfer for a while now, would be great if I can go somewhere for free and what not.

I am not privy to any inside information. But if we don't have the info now. That it will be released either A) when servers go down for maintenance preventing something (not sure what they think you could do) B) at the first minor patch when they have some numbers of returning players back.

Based on the wording, it sounds as though whatever bonuses they intend to add will go into effect on June 20th.

I'm waiting too to move an alt from Gilgamesh to Siren. I was about to more her then heard about the free transfers and incentives so I'm sitting at the moment waiting to hear. Not sure why they haven't given the go ahead before the launch because it seems transfers would help launch day log jams if people left before.

All I know is that patch notes are coming out on June 15th

I'm looking forward to transferring off of Balmung so I can actually get a house.

Best guess is between Early Access and 4.05...

Better be early access, else I'll have a 5000 person queue!
