Hi~ I wanted to move to transfer my character to Balmung to play with my boyfriend but whenever i try to transfer on mog station it never seems to be on the list. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Balmung is a high pop server and has been locked to new chars and transfers until the devs see fit to unlock it. Your boyfriend will have to move off the server if he wants to play the game with you. there is no timeframe for unlocking them.
