How find empty house

I looked for "last" residential ward. It had fulled houses or some.

Try find small house. 3,000,000 gil for empty place. (Sizes Fifth-class Plot)
If houses full, wait new ward?

And
I wonder what the meaning of "orange-figure" in the house.
Mean player is inside house now?

Hope if you help me. Find empty place for house. Or I must talk with caretaker?

Also I would buy house in Shirogane

Sniped/edited a picture from google since I don't have a picture of the ward listing with a house available for purchase (if it's you're pic, sorry and thank you! ^^). The key for the ward listing:

If no plots are available, check on the hour mark (ex: 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, etc) whenever you can as the auto-demolish timer is always in effect and will make plots that haven't been entered by the owners available after 45 days. There's no way to view if a house is going to be made available, you just have to keep checking the ward listings on the hour when you can. You can also just wait for Shirogane to open up for plot purchases and try to rush in to purchase a plot before they're gone.

edit: The red/orange can also mean no house has been built on the plot, but someone still owns it. Either way you're not seeing the inside of a house if it's that color. ;D

If it makes it easier for you: house only available if it's in white and shows price.

If you mean the icon on the map that means that an individual (a player) owns the house. Houses without the icon are owned by free companies.

You have to demolish your house and relinquish the land in order to do a server transfer, so. If you have a house on Odin and want to transfer to Balmung, you'll have to get rid of it.

Also, good luck getting a house on Balmung. I've heard it's pretty cut throat over there with the housing market, lol.

You'll never get a house on Balmung, unless you're lucky enough to win the lottery when the new Stormblood housing opens.

Is limited 12th ward as all houses fulled? If SE can't make more like 20 wards?

Right now there are 12 wards in every residential district. SE have not yet said if and when they will introduce more. I think it's safe to assume Shirogane will also have 12 wards.
