I was very tired and confused a coveting permission with my retired chocobo registration and i discarded it.
Is there any way to get my chocobo registration back or do i have to start all over again from a grade 1 >_<?

Once discarded, it is gone forever. Did you have any backup? I personally keep all my old retired chocobo licences in my retainer inventory.
