Benchmark wont launch

I downloaded the benchmark zip file and it will not launch. It opens with winrar, and when I try to run the exe benchmark file, the stormblood launcher window pops up, but then immediately disappears.

I tried extracting the exe directly to my desktop, but running from there produced the same result.

edit: I tried to open the heavensward benchmark just to see if it would work. I downloaded that 2 years ago and it ran fine. It will not launch now either. I havent made any changes in hardware since then. I tried restarting my computer and still wont work.

The .exe needs all the files that are included with it. You will need to make sure you extract everything and the .exe is in the folder with everything that is extracted. I believe that some config file it needs is not there, so it closes right away.

Another thing to look at is if your account has permission to edit the files in the folder where the files for the benchmark is sitting. Check that or run with admin permissions.
