DEV REQUEST: please prevent player AFK on GATE mainstage

I don't know how this hasn't been fixed before, but I've been doing GATEs just like a lot of other people thanks to the current event going on. Our server gets the "Time of Your Life" GATE and I'm was looking for my race/gender's NPC. I was having a hard time finding it. Turns out the NPC was hiding in the middle of a cluster of AFK players. I managed to complete the GATE successfully, but it was a lot harder than it normally is or should have been. I'd like to propose that players be automatically removed from the stage at the conclusion of a GATE. This request also applies to the "Cliffhanger" stages.

Well, this is a problem NOW because of the event. Lots of people are doing them. Normally, you don't see that many players stacked doing these GATEs so I doubt they will fix this.

I'd rather see abilities restricted on the main stage (and in non-combat areas too). Got trolls spamming aoe abilties all over during the gate making it hard to see. (And yes, I know, you can turn off other player abilities in the settings, but I LIEK seeing those normally lol.)
