Tank seeking static for 4.0

Greetings!

Paladin main seeking a group of like minded people to get into raiding in Stormblood.

Background:

I have done high end raiding in World of Warcraft on and off since 2006. I have done all roles and all positions in a guild. I've main tanked, Raid led, been an officer, done recruitment, loot council, dkp master. I later became a GM and built and led my own community before I left and handed the reins over to a friend. I have no real FF14 raiding experience and I want this expansion to be where I actually give it a go.

Goals:

To see all of the content while it is relevant. I don't care about being top 10 or 100. I just want a chill group of people to raid with while being serious about making progress.

To be the best player I can be. Taking all advise and criticism and improving all the time.

Times:

Most days are OK for me so long as it is after 6pm PST. Looking for a 2-3 day a week static.
