PS4 Crash After Hitting "Play"

Hey folks, since I can't get a hold of ANYONE from SE because their customer service is so horrible I figured I would post here.

Recently I decided to try and play FFXIV again with my wife (horrible idea thus far). I thought I'd pick up the game for PS4 and try it out, after wrestling with the "Unable to Download" errors and it taking almost two days to fully install I actually got to play. PS4 released a new update and then FFXIV started crashing after I logged in and hit "Play". I reluctantly removed and re-installed the game, taking two days again with all the download problems (yeah... it's my ISP right? Even though I have hundreds of games that have zero issues!) Well low and behold the same thing is happening. So I spent 30 bucks on a game that won't work and I'm unsure what to do. I was hoping someone had a similar issue and knew how to fix it. I'm leaning towards just contesting the charge and getting it removed because of how frustrating SE has made this.
