Looking for FC with RP, PvP, and general mmorpg shenanigans

I'm fairly new to the game, still doing the MSQ, and am currently a level 41 DRG. I'm hoping someone here can point me in the direction of an FC that is into RP, raids, PVP and is active. Looking at the lodestones, it seems every one I found that meets my conditions has their recruitment closed, and I can't blame them seeing how it's such a weird combination of play styles.

When it comes to RP, I just love the lore of the game and would love to get involved in RP events and storylines that might incorporate PvP or are just in general: Interesting. I know I am very new, but I am eager and willing to learn. FFXIV is really my first mmo I have gotten into since 06 Runescape. My work schedule offers me a lot of free time at all hours of the day/night so timezones don't really make a difference to me.

As for a FC, I'm the leader of the Crimson Corsairs, a PvE/RP group. We're a newer team of players who are ages 25-40, and plan on keeping ourselves on the smaller side (maybe 20-25 on at prime time). We just started recruiting this last weekend & are getting a good amount of apps in!

We're going to be hitting some content once things are established in Stormblood but also won't be looking at a hardcore schedule since we aren't about that life anymore.
