[Tonberry][LFM][MC] Midcore Static Recruiting

We are a group of skilled players looking to clear 4.0 raids ASAP within our raid time schedule and farm it. This will be a team effort and everyone will be expected to pull their weight and be able to adapt to new things. We welcome both veterans and newer raiders.

Progression Schedule:

• 3 hours a day minimum, 8pm - 10pm GMT+9 / 10pm - 1am EST. Be willing to go later.
• 3-4 days per week. The first raid of the week should be the weekly reset day. Raid days are voted weekly.

Experience: We want skilled players, so we will hold trials and interviews to decide.

Ideal Qualities:

• Flexibility - be willing to play multiple jobs within your role and to adapt to different strategies
• Dedication - put in the effort to be fully prepared for progression (gear, potions, food, schedule)
• Consistency - show up on time every day, minimize errors due to lack of focus
• Positive Attitude - work to overcome obstacles as a team instead of throwing the blame around
• Teamwork - understand how your job contributes to the group, don’t worry about only your own performance
• Competence - be aware, be able to relearn your class quickly and execute optimal openers and rotations

Communication: For raids, it will be either Mumble and other apps. Outside of raid we will use Line to update each other, discuss strategies and general banters.
