"Your retainer did not respond"

Time: 12:00am EST
Frequency: Permanent
World name: Gilgamesh
Character name: Chito Burrito
Retainer name: "Kimiko'chan", "Sekimino"
Area and coordinates: Every area
Steps:
1. Summon retainer at a retainer bell
2. Click on either of those 2 retainers I listed (Both are active)
3. I get the message "Your retainer did not respond"

Repost from "In-Game Bugs", since I'm not sure whether it's a bug, or a technical issue regarding my retainers being broken (Thats what I read on another forum)
