WHM Rework idea!

Now I know all of us are sick and tired to death with all the constant complaining of the treatment WHMs got for StormBlood, but I think most, if not all of us, can agree it is in a really bad spot right now. So I thought I could create a possible solution to WHM's current problem. Granted, however, we do not know if the current WHM will have trouble in 4.0, but unless how combat has drastically changed in 4.0, WHM will not be able to keep up with Astro.

The Problem(s):
1)Lilies and Plenary Indulgence and way to strict on the way WHMs play in most cases. By restricting these two aspects to Cure and Cure2, SE are restricting WHMs to spam those spells on party members to gain full use of them. In raids, however, WHMs do not have the time/resources to spam Cure and Cure2.
2) Complete lack of utility. SCH/AST beat out WHM in every regard
3) AST is just as strong and possibly stronger as a healer than WHM
4) I may be the only one, but Lilies feels completely tacked on to WHM and offer no real gameplay changes

Traits:
Lvl. 52: Secret of the Lily
- Critical Hits from spells( attack or healing) and from Healing over Time give a 30% chance to grant a Lily stack.
- Each Lily stack give the WHM 3% healing potency buff and 2% cast time and recast time buff
- A total of 5 stacks
- 1 stack per 5 seconds
Lvl. 68: Secret of the Lily 2
- Gives a 3% chance per Lily stack for HoT effects to grant the player a 5% mitigation buff for 15 seconds. Can only be applied to a character once per 30 seconds

Divine Blossom and Unholy Withering:
These two skills share a recast time(60s) and consume all Lily stacks(5) upon use

Divine Blossom:
- Upon activation, reset recast times for Asylum, Assize, Tetragrammaton, and Divine Benison and apply a new effect to the next skill cast
- Asylum will be expanded to a 25 yalm radius and grant any ally inside a 5% attack speed buff and be centered around the caster
- Assize potency will be increased by 25% and grant allies 15% TP and MP
- Tetragrammaton will be expanded to a 15 yalm radius and affect party members and grant a regen effect of 75 potency for 15 seconds
- Divine Benison will grant all allies withing a 10 yalm radius a 10% max HP barrier (basically an in-battle Stoneskin 2)

Unholy Withering:
Upon activation, the caster's damage spells will have new effects added on
- Stone 4 will have a new potency of 300
- Aero 3 will apply the original DoT as well as Aero 2 DoT to all enemies affects
- Holy will have lower mp cost and lower cast and recast time by 15%

Plenary Indulgence:
Up recast time to 60 seconds
- Confession stacks are now granted by HoT effects with a 30% chance
- The max number of stacks is now 10 but each stack will give a 80 potency heal
- Stacks do not fall off

The reason I changed Confession stacks to be given by HoT is simply because it is very rare for a WHM to cast Cure/Cure2 on anyone other than the tank. If you think of any dungeon or raid run, the healer would simply use Medica and more likely Medica2. This way Plenary Indulgence is not basically a tank heal
Also I removed Presence of Mind because for the type of abilities and skills the other classes are getting now, it seemed outdated and I felt it had way too long of a cooldown. I thought the effect would be of better use if it was tied into the Lilies stacks

Now I realize this isn't the best idea for WHM at the moment, but it is surely better than what we are getting.
I get that Yoshi-P is trying to reinforce the fact that WHM is a pure healer, but I and many other people think that AST can do the job better and still be able to support.

Also this is my first time coming up with a rework so I'm pretty sure anyone else can come up with something better and try to be nice guys!
