Highborn «Royal» New FC static recruiting. Joining not required but a plus.

Free Company: Highborn <<Royal>> is recruiting good raiders, along with crafters and gatherers. ::There is an application process.:: The FC has multiple raid groups recruiting, with the potential for more to pop up along the way! Our goal is to progress together through all the incoming raiding tier, ex primals and any other challenging content that Yoshi-p wants to throw at us in 4.0 and beyond-- CLICK ME! <- application link
Currently, Team Tardis is looking for 2 good healers and a ranged DPS. Feel free to send your application!
Our schedule is as follows: Monday-Friday, 10PM EST-1AM EST --times can be earlier to later too, depending on everyone's schedule. Weekend's are a no go unless we are no-lifing. Midcore-hardcore mix. If you are interested in joining the FC (Highborn «Royal»), that is on a trial basis (Which, if you raid, should be no issue), feel free to apply.
Our roster has the following roles:- WAR/DRK
- WAR/PLD
- CASTER: BLM/SMN/RDM.
- MELEE: Undecided. Any if required.
- MELEE: Undecided. Willing to play SAM.
What we expect from you!- Commitment: The schedule was set that way for a reason. We expect you to respect other people's time. We know it's a game, but we're investing our time on this. We also ask that you have a little bit of extra time that you are willing to put in, especially since the rest of the group has the flexibility to throw in an extra hour here and there, especially during prog.
- Positive attitude: Progression involves a lot of wipes and a learning curve. Mistakes might happen here and there and everything will be addressed to prevent it in the future. During raids, we'll be focused on our jobs and the fight itself. Discussions and advice will be given before the pulls or outside our scheduled times.
- Honesty: We expect honesty from you, because when you raid with a group, you strive for a group that won't lie to each other, about stupid shit.
- No memelords: Please no.
- Preparation: We're expecting you to make it on time with everything already prepared. Food (ingame and irl), if there is any written guide or graphic you think it's going to help, sharing is caring. Learn about mechanics even if they don't concern your role, to help your team mates.
- Focus: During progression, we want to be focused on clearing the content. We'll try to minimize the downtimes between pulls to accelerate the process.
Drama stays outside of raid. Raid is DRAMA - FREE. Aelin will kill you.
