When I saw FC's house and showed 300,000 gil of room/chamber
If I buy chamber. So I get own room?

But, I afraid in the future, if I leave FC and my chamber too losing?

Yes, if you leave the FC you lose your fc room in the house. You can buy an apartment and that stays with you forever, and they're the same size.

If I'm without FC's house. Can I buy chamber in apartment and same price?

You don't need an fc house to get an apartment. As far as finding one in mist, im not on same server as you, so you'll have to check the availability in the different wards.

If you want an apartment in the Mist, just teleport to the Topmast or Topmast (subdivision), enter the building and select to go to the Lobby, talk to the Apartment Caretaker npc and select "Purchase an Apartment". If that apartment complex is full then check the other Mist apartment buildings. Remember that each ward and it's corresponding subdivision's apartment building have their own allotment of apartments. It will cost you 500,000 gil for an apartment, but it's not associated with your FC in any way so if you're no longer with an FC or something happens to the FC house, you won't be left with your gil gone and no room.
