Platinum eternal bonding issues

Hi, I bought a platinum eternal bonding on Sunday and when I went to start the quest I decline, because my friend had the standard one. Then I proceed to buy a Fantasia and change my character (don't know if that is relevant to the case). A little bit later another friend bought platinum eternal bonding so we could get the items, but when we tried to get the quest, the npc didn't react as it should have, it didn't gave us the option to start the quest and on top of that my item didn't say platinum anymore. Neither of us have being married or even accepted the quest before and just in case we checked with the divorce npc and obviously he didn't react to us either because we have never gotten the quest. Please help me, beacuse right now I feel like I loss my money :/
