[PC] My Stormblood Pre-Order Code Invalid

I have FFXIV on Steam and pre-ordered Stormblood from the Square Enix Online Store. I have followed the processes in redeeming the 18-Digit Code and tried to redeem the 20-Digit Code but it was invalid.

• I have asked around and looked online. It seems that since I bought FFXIV on Steam that I should have pre-ordered Stormblood on Steam also?
• I have tried navigating the Support Center from the Mog Station to resolve my problem, but I don't know what Category/Sub-Category my problem fits.

Could someone please help me in trying to resolve this issue. I really don't want to have a dead pre-order code.

I'm also experiencing a similar issue. The early access code obtained through steam is invalid on mog station.

You're probably out of luck, it's even written on Stormblood's store page:
"Please note: The registration code included in this version is not compatible with the Steam version of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. To play on Steam, please buy the Steam version of the game once it becomes available."

I'm experiencing a similar problem, but I purchased mine through the humble store. the key I've obtained is from SE though, so I don't understand what the issue would be.

If you own Steam version of FF14, you can only buy Stormblood through Steam. It's written on the product page and SE wrote it in Early Access Details. Codes from SE shop are only usable with retail or digital non-steam version of the game.

I purchased the game on SE, no I do not have the steam version. I have done the following:

* I went on the code redemption website and entered the code, I tried copy and paste, case sensitivity, and even " - " but nothing worked it kept saying code was invalid.

*I tried entering it manually and even had my girlfriend give it a try and it did not work.

I am not sure what else to do, I cant redeem the game or get an early access code, has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you resolve the problem?
