WXHB Question/Assistance

So with 4.0 coming out and each job getting ui bars, I decided it was about time to reorganize my hud. I know about the wxhb that you can set and access via doubletap. I have the wxhb there, but it's completely blank. I've tried setting skills to it and tried moving skills from one xhb to it, but neither worked. I don't see an option to set my 2nd xhb that I normally switch back and forth to as the one for the wxhb either. How do I go about making use of this currently empty wxhb sitting on my screen?

For the WXHB, if you're only using the 4-button option, then you need to place the actions on the right-hand side for that half of the Crossbar that they're set to grab the skills from, not the WXHB itself. You mentioned using the 2nd Crossbar for WXHB, so I'll use that for this example.

I guess I worded my question wrongly. Sorry. I'm trying to set my 2nd xhb to the wxhb, but can't figure out how. Right now i use xhb 1+2 and just switch back and forth since they are both filled up with skills. I want to set #2 to the wxhb, but I don't see any options to set any xhb to the wxhb. How to I set xhb2 to show up on the wxhb?

Then you want to change the Crossbars that WXHB use to Crossbar 2 Left and Crossbar 2 Right. It should be in the crossbar settings. I'm not online ATM so I can't remember exactly where the exact settings are.
