A newbie here with 4 bags of low level loot taking up space and wanted to see what each item is worth on the market. Hopefully there is a way to get the name of an inventory item into the market search window without having to type it in. I've got like 100 item lookups to do so would be nice to not have to type all that in.

Through your retainer when you put an item up for sale, there is a little icon on the top right of the box that you can click on that will show you the current market for that item. Another icon will show you the sales history. From that you can determine value.
So ya still fairly manual. But don't type anything in except the price you want to sell at.
