I talked with the NPC to retire the Chocobo (rank 43), after the "cinematic" she didn't give me the papers and if i go to talk to the Breeding NPC he don't give me the option to breeding
What rank was the chocobo? You'll only get the breeding papers if it is at least rank 40.
It was rank 43, for that i make the post, i just want to race :(
Rank and rating are easily confused with each other. If you deadended you can always adopt another base chocodo fledgling at the stables in bentbranch.

I get the new chocobo and now i can run again. For sure it was my fault at the rank/rating like Lollie said, thanks for the help!
