With the coming changes to Summoner and their lack of a third DoT Tri-Disaster doesn't seem fitting no more. Bi-Disaster may sound "goofy", but the name is more fitting for what the action does.

Or name it something like Double Disaster. It's alliteration too.

Maybe Ouroboros?
Double Trouble is fun though ;D
It buffs Ruin, so that's the third disaster.
Duo-Disaster!
Or just Disaster.
Increases ruin damage so that is the 3rd effect.
What about "Bisaster" ? :=)
