Item Restoration Service Policy

I recently had dealings with the support team regarding the item restoration service. As it stands, you are only allowed to use this service one time. A player could have an active service account for over ten years (in theory) and only be allowed to receive this service once.

Will there be a review of this policy in the near future? A once yearly item restoration for each service account would be far more reasonable, and would not abuse the system where players would be constantly changing their minds and wanting other items.

A one-time-use service just seems a bit "ordinary" for an on-going game.
