Tried to add crysta with PayPal, received error

Hello to whomever it may concern,

Earlier I tried to add Crysta to my Square Enix account with PayPal to purchse optional items in the Mogstation. The payment went through, I even received the email confirming my payment; but when I get back to the SE site, an error occured that I could not capture. Now, When I log in my account, the crystas I purchased was not there.
Was that just on my end ? Should I wait a few more hours for the payment to go through, or how do I contact someone responsible to report the transaction error on the Square Enix site ?
