Velvet Room FC: recruiting players

We are a small rank 8 Free Company, built primarily of mostly friends, now looking to expand our member base for Stormblood. Our primary focus is to look for people that are interested in raiding/progression, however we are accepting casual players as well. It is a friendly environment regardless!

For raiding, we are primarily in a dire need of healers and tanks. Especially healers. However if you are a dps job, do not let this stop you from joining!

Requirements (Casual):

• Be friendly. this is all we really need from you. Be willing to help others as well.

Requirements (Raiding):

• Be willing to learn. This is a learning process for all of us, and we are just as green as you are. Willingness to improve your job is a great bonus.
  
• Be constructive with your criticism. Everyone makes mistakes, and it is natural for others to want to point this out. However, don't be a jerk about it. We don't want to offend anyone. If you see a problem, at least provide a solution for it.
  
• Be friendly. Just like casual players, we are all in this for fun. No matter what you are doing, a friendly environment is much more fun than a hostile one.

Hi all, are you guys still recruiting? We have a very, very, tiny guild consisting of just real life friends playing together on PS4 version. Several of us are considering looking for a larger guild to do more end game content together instead of having to rely on PF.

A bunch of us are online now, and should be on all night if you are available. Early morning is not our primetime as you can see. :)
