GM Rhinedynast Feedback 5/28/2017

GM Rhinedynast was wonderful to correspond with; they were very prompt, friendly, and thorough while dealing with matters. GM Rhinedynast seemed genuinely upset and concerned with the issue my friends and I had to go through, and we're all quite grateful for their assistance in this matter. While this is my first time dealing with a GM in FFXIV, this was the best experience I've had with a GM compared to other games. Thank you so much, please keep up the good work.
