Discounted rates for EU too or only USA?

Hello,
I don't know if this is the right place to post but does anyone know if "Discounted Rates" is for all area ( EU ) or only USA?
($29.94 for 180 days.)

And they really need to update their site since it said that Basic fee is 9.99 EUR and character fee is 3.00 EUR = 12.99EUR

if you mean finalfantasyxiv.com its unlikely they will, its so outdated now with so much incorrect information, skills you cant even get and stuff lol. It will likely be updated for v2

"Previously Announced Rates" & "Discounted Rates Effective Until FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 2.0"
and below are the listed prices for basic fees 30/90/180 days aswell as character fees, and it does actually state under "Discounted Rates Effective Until FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 2.0" that it's only 6.99$/€

the page will be updated and changed tomorrow. there was a message posted that from the 16th of december onwards we would be able to set up billing options.
