About CT gear

I have hear that they are planning putting dyeable CT gear in for Stormblood. Anyone know if this is going to be crafted? Also it seems like they have said something about limitations being removed from all raids:

So unsynced CT sounds like its coming?

Would be interesting but you would still need a fair amount of people I'd assume to clear the ones with mechanics like Labyrinth I assume, need at least 12 people total on the pads unless they remove the need.
