Retrospective of typical bard plays in HW (WM and other abilities)
As controversial as Wanderer's Minuet was during Heavensward, most people I grouped up with used the casting time stance anyway.
However, there are 2 major problems that tend to occur despite using said stance to increase damage:
1. Many don't utilize the ocds, dots, aoes and the WM-exclusive abilities that would highly benefit from WM as much as they should.
The ocds that are not Empyreal don't have cast times, but still benefit from the attack power increase from WM. The dots can be refreshed with Iron Jaws. Aoes can highly benefit since auto-attacks that can't be used only hit one enemy anyway (and can also lighten the tp burden when used with WM.)
2.Some bards play no songs, especially Foe Requiem. This is especially the case when there are several casters and healers who supplement DPS in the party.
I can understand not using Mage's Ballad or Army's Paeon at they lower damage a bit. However, as Foe Requiemo doesn't decrease damage dealt, is it just strange that most bards don't use it, especially while others are seeing full MP on bards most of the time.
(Two of my characters have bard at 60 btw, just to get that disclaimer out of the way).
