error 17 crash...FIX

So, for the past 4 days i would get a ctd(crash to desktop) that would give me this error [IMG] https://i.imgur.com/LHjqHvr.jpg [/IMG]


so after days of screaming and yelling at the game,it turned out XIV never downloaded heavensward, if your main character was an au'ra, it wont load your au'ra at all. so itll crash to desktop until you install heavansward. Thats why some people have claimed reinstalling works,because its missing from your game and it'll install it automatically if your launcher is set to.
