Glitch stopping Mentors from using Kick function

Time: Varies
Frequency: Always
World name: Sargatanas
Character name: Shyzune Nymuro

Steps:
1. A novice or leaf acts against NN ToS
2. A Mentor attempts to kick them
3. The Mentor is shown the error "Unable to kick. That character is now longer in the novice network"
4. The Novice can simply log out and back in and they avoid all lockouts

In short, the mentors are now unable to kick RMT\\'s, spammers, and general trolls and harassers. Please fix this.
