How I get unlock duty roulette 60lvl?

I'm returner.

Saw new "duty roulette: level 60lvl dungeons"

I had done all dutys. Still locked.
Show "???"

Do I must finally first main quest?

To unlock the level 60 roulette you must first do all the duties included in it at least once each.
Choosing the level 60 roulette should show you a list in red of which duties you have not cleared yet.
Any duties that are just shown as '???' indicate a duty that you have not yet unlocked.

That means you've missed a duty somewhere and it's "???" Because you haven't done the quest to unlock it. Just look up online the list of 60 duties for 60 roulette and compare to those you've unlocked, you'll soon figure out which one it is you're missing.

Requirements:

the roulette will only become available after unlocking and completing all the dungeons in the roulette.

The following dungeons must have been completed:

The Aetherochemical Research Facility
The Fractal Continuum
Neverreap
Saint Mocianne's Arboretum
Pharos Sirius (Hard)
The Antitower
The Lost City of Amdapor (Hard)
Sohr Khai
Hullbreaker Isle (Hard)
Xelphatol
The Great Gubal Library (Hard)

Players must have an average item level of 210 or greater.

Some of them are part of the early 3.x MSQ and can't be unlocked without it, make sure you're up to date with the MSQ and keeping an eye out on little side quests that have this blue marker above their head in some area's, those will unlock dungeons that are not part of MSQ but are needed later on. Hope it helps.

Yeah, if you had done the quest to unlock the dungeon(s) you need and not yet completed it(them) then the name(s) would be on that picture instead of ???. The list Luna posted is complete. Four of those dungeons are part of the main storyline(Xelphatol coming the latest in said story) and will automatically get unlocked as you go. The rest are all optional/sidequest dungeons you can seek out. Figure out which ones you havent done yet, and you should be able to figure out where to go to get them.

Go to the 2nd dungeon tab and scroll all the way to the bottom. Take a screenshot.
