About Cleric Stance changes and MND

With Live Letter we got 2 days ago, we learned that now, healers' damages are calacuted with MND. I find this change really good cause it will now allow some players who didn't feel confident about dpsing, doing it without taking too much risk.
So this part is great.

However, I'm less happy about the Cleric Stance itself. Let me explain :
So first, when they talk about it weeks ago, they told us they wouldn't remove it because "people wouldn't be happy and it would cause drama and stuff". Okay.
It is now a buff. But if we think about it, it's just like they removed it.
Cleric Stance is a Stance as it's told in the name. This is my personal feeling about this but, as healer, I liked the Stance dancing thing. It made the whole healer gameplay a little more dynamic, had to plan when to heal and when it was safe to cleric stance, anyway, it was really fun. With the changes, we'll of course always be able to dps, but the stance dancing thing will disapear. I repeat myself but I like the fact it's now scaled on MND, but changing Cleric as a buff makes me a little sad and, i don't think i'll be alone, but I'll miss the old Cleric.

I think that, they could have let Cleric unchanged (except for the INT and MND swap of course) => switching to it give you 10% (or 5% whatever) but your healing potency is decreased by 90%.

This way, players who were already confortable with stance dancing could keep doing it, and player who had to trouble with it can now still dps with decent damages !
If you think about it, it's just like enochian for blm. If you refresh it yourself, you gain a buff, but if you had trouble keeping it, well you'll still be able to cast your Fire IV.

I know they had in mind to close the gap between good and average players, but it will be less important right now due to the scaling on mind, and letting the old cleric as it is would just be a little reward for those who knew how to dps as a healer.

However, don't get me wrong, I'll still me fine with these changes, I'm not complaining like it's the end of the world (like others drama topic i won't quote), but just suggesting how it could have been changed in my thoughts.

No toxicity on the debate however please, this isn't the aim. Just sharing my opinion.
By the way, why making another topic you may ask. Well... I don't like how the others goes cause my point isn't to make war to keep Cleric unchanged.

TL;DR Lets make, yet another thread about the cleric stance and how we are for or against the changes. Much needed argument for a new topic.

To be fair, it looks like they're making each healer's healing and support tools slightly more complex to use to compensate for the change in difficulty, which actually seems to me like a good idea. WHM having to keep track of their lillies, SCH having to keep track of AF and Lilly's gauge (plus all the other things SCH already did) and AST's card system becoming slightly more expansive looks like it will shift healers' complexity from the risk-reward of DPSing optimally towards healing optimally. I liked the stance dancing too, but I welcome the change.
