i just bought crysta for my sub. and noticed that 3 extra dollars was taken out. is that standard prcedure or is this some glitch that happened i understand 3 bucks isnt much to some people but that money was going to be used for another account and now we cant resub. the other account due to this unfortunate event. :mad::mad::mad::mad:
i did not buy any crysta, but i got charged about the same amount more on my card for no apparent reason? what is going on?
I suppose it would be helpful to share how much you were expecting to be charged so we can better help? I know there are different tiers of subscriptions based on extra retainers or access to more alternate characters on a server. I suppose the first thing would be to check to make sure the subscription option you thought you were signing up for is the same one you were paying for?
Also I am not sure if this is the case anymore but awhile ago the payment service that subscriptions used for this game had an initial charge of a dollar that would be refunded after the actual payment went through after setting up a new payment plan. Maybe check to make sure something like this isn't also happening?
i did have a look, it seems i got charged 5$ more than last month payment for my entry sub and additional retainer, this is weird since i didnt get any e-mail notices of this....
