accuracy and parry removed in 4.0!

Dunesfolk master race was too strong, they had to find a way to bring us down a notch. :(

Also Strength is brought back for Tanks..? But Tanks can't use DD accessories anymore lol.

Piety is a Healer Substat
Accuracy > Direct Hit is DPS Substat
Parry > Tenacity is Tank Substat

One of the major effects of these changes is that far more gear will be "good."

No more complaints from tanks about accuracy/parry pieces.

People have asked for both those stats to be removed forever and blocking being able to block magic damage brings pld way back into the forefront for main tanking.
